Future Farm Resilience Update - What next?

We have come to the end of our delivery of the Interim Phase of this project and have been delighted with the uptake and interest in the support we have been able to deliver. But we know that there are some Island Farmers & Land Managers still discovering what we are offering and wanting to come on board with the project

As a result of the success and continued interest in the project we have submitted a tender for the Scale Up phase of this Defra scheme to ensure that the support available continues to be accessible to Island Farmers and Land Managers.

Taking what we have learnt from the Interim Phase we will be expanding our delivery of the 1 to 1 sessions in a rolling window, so please do express your interest in those, and delivering a programme of seminars and workshops on topical subjects, alongside Defra scheme updates, to ensure that you have the information you need for your business.

The farming industry is going through a significant period of change, compounded by increases in costs and availability of inputs across all sectors, we fully appreciate the challenge farm businesses are facing and will be looking at ways to expand the type and availability of support we offer to address this.
